By booking a Distance Reiki healing, Energetic Clearing, or any other agreed-upon energetic service, you acknowledge receipt and agree to the following terms:

1. Not a Medical Service​

   • We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions. All services offered, including healing sessions, spiritual release, and energetic clearings, are complementary practices intended to support, not replace, professional medical or psychological care. If you have health concerns, please seek guidance from a specialized licensed healthcare provider.​​
2. Eligibility for Services
   • By purchasing or booking a session, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement.
   • You further confirm that you are not currently pregnant, possibly pregnant, or attempting to conceive, and understand that these services are not intended for individuals in such conditions due to the work's energetic, undocumented, and unstudied nature.
     • At ATripnLife, LLC, we take a cautious approach in this area of care. Current scientific research neither supports nor discourages using energetic practices during pregnancy. In the absence of such data, we err on the side of client safety and choose not to offer services to individuals who are pregnant, possibly pregnant, or attempting to conceive.

3. Spiritual Nature of Services

   • My spiritual team does all the work, and I serve as a Medium, simply acting as a channel for their guidance, healing, and energy work. Any insights, messages, or advice from Spirit Guides should be considered impartial and for entertainment purposes only.

4. No Guarantees

   • As with all spiritual and energetic work, results cannot be guaranteed. While many clients experience positive shifts, outcomes vary for each individual. There are no promises of specific results, healing, or life changes following a session.

5. Client Responsibility

   • You assume full responsibility for any choices or actions taken based on information provided during a session. We accept no liability for any consequences, damages, or legal claims arising from your participation in these services.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

   • RSR and Reiki sessions are non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of payment will be refunded minus a $15 service fee to cover processing costs. No refunds will be issued after this 24-hour window.

7. Legal Release & Hold Harmless Agreement

   • By booking a session, you release all parties from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or legal disputes (including attorney fees) that may arise due to any actions, errors, oversights, or omissions related to the services provided.​
