For nearly thirty years, I dedicated my life to healthcare as a Healthcare Leader, Critical Care Educator, and Neonatal-Pediatric Specialist in Northern California hospitals. My passion was saving lives and nurturing others in their most vulnerable moments. Still, I felt a more profound calling beyond healing the physical body.

Stepping into life coaching, I found purpose in guiding others through self-discovery, authenticity, and empowerment. But true transformation often requires more than mindset shifts; it requires deep, energetic healing at the core of who we are. This realization led me to Reiki, where I awakened my natural ability to feel, align, and restore energy- a gift I was born with and learned to reignite. Still, as I worked energetically with healing clients, I discovered that most struggled with negative energetic influences, preventing them from fully healing and stepping into their power. This understanding led me to Spirit Release Therapy, where I now help individuals reclaim their sovereignty/free will and strengthen their life force energy.

Today, as a Psychic Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Remote Spirit Release Practitioner, I offer a beautiful blend of Reiki and Spirit Releasement - two options of powerful healing and clearing sessions:

The protocol includes removing dark, stagnant energies/entities, past life resonances, dark contracts, energetic splits, lost soul fragments, cutting negative energetic cords, removing negative portals in your energetic field/surrounding environment, and replacing harmful thought forms with positive ones - to name a few.
