My journey as a healer began in neonatal and paediatric critical care, where I spent over twenty years caring for the most vulnerable. Through decades in the medical field, it became clear that true healing extends beyond the physical body - it requires clarity of mind, energetic balance, and spiritual alignment.

When I launched my practice as a certified Health and Life Coach and Usui Reiki Master Teacher, I quickly realised that for my clients to experience lasting transformation, their energy first needed to be clear and their sovereignty intact. This understanding led me to the Spirit Release Academy, and in January 2025, I became a mediumistic Remote Spirit Release Practitioner.

To know me is to see that I approach everything I do with compassion and integrity, motivated by a lifelong pursuit of knowledge and truth. ​Today, as a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Mediumistic Remote Spirit Release Practitioner, my new passion is providing clients with the knowledge and clarity they need to move forward confidently and reclaim agency over their lives.
