Dynamic flow & returning to balance
In truth, imbalance exists on a spectrum, not as fixed categories, but as shifting states that can move between overactivity and underactivity. The lived experience of energy is dynamic, layered, and capable of returning to balance.

In a way, all chakras are interconnected and rely on the root, which acts as the foundation of the entire column. While neighboring chakras can influence each other, they all aim for balance and alignment. When they can't achieve this, they communicate through signs and alerts, sometimes screaming (+), shutting down (-), and often fluctuating between the two extremes. The bottom three chakras shape how you experience and engage with life. Beyond the vertical column, the spiral illustrates one of the additional, non-linear ways in which they support one another.
